The claimant, Clarence A. OBrient, brought this action against the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 53 Stat. 1368, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary denying his application to establish a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits under Sections 216(i), 64 Stat. 492 and 223, 70 Stat. 815 of the Act. 42 U.S.C.A. §Â§ 416(i), 423. OBrients impairment is a paralyzed right diaphragm of unknown origin. The district court set aside the Secretarys decision on the ground that there was no substantial evidence to support the hearing examiners findings. We reverse.
